Premium Homes,
A Premium Gym,
10 Minutes Apart.
Folsom Heights is north Folsom near the lake — premium homes, mature trees, and a walking and biking culture that defines the neighborhood. Residents here are active by default. GForce is the gym most of them switch to once they realize the chain options are not built for serious training.

A Real Gym For An
Already-Active Audience
Folsom Heights residents are not the audience that needs to be convinced to exercise. They walk the lake trail. They bike. They hike. They garden. The question is not whether to be active — it is how to add the strength and mobility work that protects the active lifestyle for the next 20 to 30 years.
GForce is built for that. Real strength equipment, certified personal trainers who understand active populations, and programming that complements outdoor activity rather than competing with it. Most Folsom Heights members train 2-3 times a week here and continue their walking, biking, and outdoor habits unchanged. The gym work makes the rest of it sustainable.
Walking and biking are excellent. They are also incomplete. Without dedicated strength work, the typical 50-something walker loses muscle mass at the same rate as a sedentary peer. Strength training is the missing piece for almost every active Folsom Heights resident over 40.

10 Minutes Through Folsom
From Folsom Heights, the route to GForce runs south through Folsom: onto Folsom-Auburn Road or East Bidwell, then into Folsom Village. About 10 minutes from the heart of the neighborhood. Free parking, ground-floor entry. Some Folsom Heights members bike in via the trail system on lighter training days — Folsom is one of the few places in the region where that works.
