Hi, I'm Lydia Miranda, founder of Warriher Wellness, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, wife, mom, and a woman who understands what it's like to rebuild from the ground up.
My coaching focuses on helping women lose weight, build strength, improve confidence, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health. I have a special passion for working with women navigating PCOS, postpartum recovery, hormone challenges, and those who simply feel like they've lost themselves while taking care of everyone else.
Having personally lost over 100 pounds, I know firsthand that transformation isn't just physical—it's mental, emotional, and spiritual. The gym became more than a place to work out; it became a place where I learned discipline, resilience, and self-respect.
My philosophy is simple: use the rejection, use the setbacks, use the darkness. Harness it. Most people let hard things break them—I believe they can build you. Every challenge, every failure, every season of struggle can become fuel if you're willing to put in the work.
My job isn't just to help you lose weight or get stronger. It's to help you become the kind of person who executes, follows through, and refuses to quit on themselves. I believe confidence is earned through action, and that strength is built one decision, one workout, and one promise kept at a time.
