Experience & Background
I’ve been coaching since 2017, helping people lose fat, build strength, recover from injuries, and regain movement after serious setbacks, including stroke. I also work with clients dealing with hormone imbalances such as TRT or PCOS, supporting them through training, nutrition, and lifestyle structure. My goal is to help people change their lives, not just their bodies, by building stronger habits, confidence, and new versions of themselves. I’m not just a personal trainer. I’m a guide in long-term transformation.
