Yes! We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Members get secure keycard access to work out anytime that fits their schedule.
What’s included with my membership?

Can I cancel my membership?
Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. 12-month memberships have a one-year commitment with monthly payments.
Can I try before I join?
Absolutely! We offer a $30 Guest Pass that gives you full access for a day. Experience our facility and meet our team before committing.
What is deep tissue laser therapy?
It’s a non-invasive treatment that uses light to reduce pain and inflammation, speed up healing, and improve recovery. Included with month-to-month plans.
