I’m Cameron Wright — a Strength & Wellness Coach who believes fitness should improve your life, not consume it.
My coaching goes far beyond workouts and meal plans. I help people build stronger bodies, healthier habits, better movement, confidence, and a mindset that carries into everyday life. Whether someone is brand new to the gym, rebuilding their health, preparing for competition, or simply wanting to move and feel better as they age, my goal is to meet them where they are and guide them forward without judgment.
Over the years, I’ve worked with men and women of all backgrounds and fitness levels — from beginners to athletes and competitors. What matters most to me is making every client feel supported, valued, and capable. Too many people feel intimidated in fitness environments, so I built my coaching philosophy around creating the opposite experience.
