Auburn-Madison Corridor

Northeast Orangevale Works Hard.
Your Gym Should Be There When You Are.

The Auburn-Madison corridor in northeast Orangevale is one of the most working-class sections of the community — tradespeople, construction workers, people in skilled manual jobs who start early, work hard, and do not have the luxury of training at 6pm because the gym has convenient hours. This neighborhood has a schedule that does not fit the standard fitness industry model.

Most gyms are not built for this reality. They offer “24/7 access” with fine print that limits key fob use to non-staffed hours only after you upgrade your plan, or “extended hours” that still do not cover 4:30am. GForce has no staffed-hours restriction on member access. Your keycard works at 3am on New Year’s Day as reliably as it works at 10am on a Tuesday. The facility is the same regardless of when you show up.

24

Hours. No Exceptions.

Not “24 hours for Premium members.” Not “24 hours except staffed-hours-only equipment.” Every GForce member has full facility access every hour of every day. Auburn-Madison residents make use of this more than almost any other neighborhood in our membership base — because the option to train at unconventional hours is not a luxury for this corridor, it is a necessity.

From the Auburn-Madison corridor, GForce is about 15 minutes south — down Auburn Blvd to Hazel, then south through Fair Oaks into Folsom Village. Our full Orangevale gym page has more on the full membership picture for OV residents.

Why GForce

More Than Just the Hours

Equipment That Handles Real Use

Commercial-grade racks, bars, and cable systems. Not the equipment that looks good in promotional photos and shows wear after six months of real use. GForce maintains its equipment to commercial standards because the members demand it.

Value-Honest Membership

No tiered access levels where the advertised price gets you limited equipment. No upcharge for the good machines. Your membership gives you the full facility at every visit. The pricing is straightforward.

Coaching When You Need It

If you want a program built around your work schedule and physical demands, our certified coaches understand how to program for people who use their bodies at work. Strength training for tradespeople looks different than strength training for sedentary office workers — we know the difference.

FAQ

Auburn-Madison Members Ask

Is there actually nothing I cannot access at 3am that I can access at 10am?

Correct. Full facility access means the same equipment, the same locker rooms, and the same training floor at 3am as at 10am. The only services that require staffed hours are face-to-face coaching sessions and front-desk services like signing up a guest or making membership changes — those need to happen when staff are present. For training, everything is available all 24 hours. Call (916) 542-6732 with any specific questions about what is included.

I do physical labor for work. Does that count as my workout, or should I still be lifting?

Great question, and one of the most common we get from Auburn-Madison trade workers. Physical labor provides volume and endurance, but not the progressive overload, structural balance, or range-specific strength that resistance training provides. Most tradespeople’s work develops some muscle groups heavily and neglects others, which is actually a risk factor for overuse injuries. Our coaches regularly work with trade workers on programs that complement their work demands rather than duplicate them. The goal is to train the gaps, not add fatigue on top of fatigue.

What is the drive like from Auburn and Madison to GForce?

About 15 minutes via Auburn Blvd south to Hazel Ave, then south through Fair Oaks into Folsom. Turn right on Oak Ave Pkwy — GForce is on the left in Folsom Village. Pre-dawn runs (4–6am) are clean and fast — minimal traffic on both Auburn and Hazel at those hours, which makes the drive significantly faster than the estimated time. Most Auburn-Madison members heading to a pre-work session are at GForce in 13–14 minutes at that hour.

What does a GForce membership cost for someone just looking for access without coaching?

We have tiered membership options that include straightforward facility access without mandatory coaching services. Current pricing is on our memberships page, and you can call (916) 542-6732 for a direct conversation about what fits your needs. The free trial has no cost and no commitment — it is the best way to see the facility and make an informed decision about membership.
